How it Works

1. Submit an Inquiry

Start by reaching out with the details of your event. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor your experience.

Please include:

  • Event date and time

  • Location (home, rental, venue, etc.)

  • Number of guests

  • Occasion (birthday, dinner party, anniversary, etc.)

  • Any dietary restrictions or preferences

2. Consultation & Menu Planning

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll discuss your vision for the event. This can happen via message, phone, or email.

Together, we will:

  • Customize a menu that fits your tastes and theme

  • Accommodate dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.)

  • Decide on the number of courses and style of service

You’ll receive a proposed menu and pricing for approval.

3. Pricing & Payment Structure

Pricing is designed to be transparent and flexible based on your event.

Here’s how it works:

Per Person Rate

  • A set price per guest is determined by the number of courses you select (3 course,

    4 course, or 5 course)

  • This rate covers menu design, preparation, cooking, service, and cleanup

Grocery Costs

  • The client is responsible for the cost of groceries

  • Ingredients are sourced based on your customized menu and quality standards

  • Grocery costs are either:

    • Added to your final invoice, or

    • Paid in advance (depending on event size and planning needs)

Deposit Requirement

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking

  • The deposit is based on the total estimated cost of the per-person service rate (excluding groceries)

  • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance (including final guest count adjustments and grocery costs) is due prior to or on the day of the event

4. Confirm Your Booking

To secure your date:

  • Submit the 25% deposit

  • Review and approve your menu and event details

Once confirmed, your event is officially booked.

5. Pre-Event Preparation

We’ll take care of all the planning so you don’t have to.

This includes:

  • Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients

  • Coordinating timing and logistics

  • Preparing elements in advance when needed

You can relax knowing everything is handled.

6. The Dining Experience

On the day of your event:

  • We’ll arrive ahead of time to set up

  • Prepare and cook each course fresh on-site

  • Serve your guests (depending on service style)

  • Keep your kitchen clean and organized throughout

All you have to do is enjoy the experience with your guests.

7. Cleanup & Wrap-Up

After the meal:

  • The kitchen is fully cleaned

  • Dishes, cookware, and surfaces are taken care of

  • Your space is left just as it was (or better)

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book at least 2–4 weeks in advance, though we may accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Do you provide serving staff or rentals?
This can be arranged upon request depending on your event size and needs.

Can you add a wine pairing?
Of course. Cost of wine is added to the grocery cost.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Menus are fully customizable to meet your needs.
