Chef Caleb Caldwell
Chef Caldwell graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas in 2021. During his years in San Antonio, he worked under acclaimed Chef Pieter Sypesteyn at the Cookhouse, Chef Jason Dady at The Range, and Chef Geronimo Lopez at Botika.
After returning home to East Texas Caldwell worked alongside Arturo Laura at The Grove in Tyler, Texas before assuming the Executive Chef position at Dakotas Steakhouse in Tyler.
Caldwell’s most recent work has been in Caney City, Texas as the Co-Creator and Executive Chef of The Dock Restaurant & Bar.
His work at The Dock helped shape and influence the food culture at Cedar Creek Lake by showcasing quality ingredients, upscale multi course prix fixe dinners, and inventive dishes that challenged the previous food scenes narrative.
